Commercial products are delivered using express courier services, within 2-3 working days from the start of placement.
If the product chosen by the customer is not available in stock, the delivery time will be communicated by telephone by a representative to our company.
All products are new and delivered in the original packaging of the manufacturer.
The total value of the shipment will be displayed in the shopping cart before the start is placed.
Product return
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase of the product without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Withdrawal of purchase within 14 days can only be applied to products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and the accompanying documents). Return expenses will be borne by the customer and the refund of the value of the product will be made within 14 days of return. If the payment was made with a bank card, the refund will be made only in the same account that had the card.
If the product is returned in a condition that can no longer be resold as new, we do not reserve the right to charge a fee for returning the product to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as second hand or at the customer’s option we will resend the product, at his expense.
Products that have been placed on order cannot be returned (Special order is defined as a list of products ordered by the Buyer and not in the usual stock of the Supplier but which can be delivered on the basis of a firm order and the payment of an advance , in the terms agreed by the parties. The Supplier will inform the Buyer if any of the ordered products constitutes the Special Order.).
This clause applies according to O.G. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e.
IMPORTANT – To return the product you must notify this in writing within 14 days, by mail or e-mail. Only written requests will be considered.
